Shashi Tharoor will not campaign in Gujarat elections.

Congress sources said that he was not even in the list of star campaigners.

Yesterday Congress released the list of its star campaigners for the Gujarat assembly elections.

For the first phase of campaigning, the Congress had released a list of its 40 star campaigners.

Party President Mallikarjun Kharge, Former President Sonia Gandhi, Former President Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Ashok Gehlot, Bhupesh Baghel, Bhupendra Singh Hooda, Digvijay Singh, Kamal Nath, Sachin Pilot, Tariq Anwar, BK Hariprasad, in the list of star campaigners of Congress. Many prominent leaders including Ashok Chavan, Shakti Singh Gohil, Raghu Sharma, Mohan Prakash are involved.

The names of Pawan Kheda, Bharat Singh Solanki, Usha Naidu, Kanhaiya Kumar, Kantilal Bhuria, Imran Pratapgarhi, Amarinder Singh Raja Brar, Arjun Modhwadia, Siddharth Patel etc. are also included in the list of star campaigners.
