German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that the incident with the missile on the territory of Poland would not have happened if it were not for Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine.

The chancellor of Germany wrote about this on the Internet on November 16.

At the same time, Scholz noted that the fall of the rocket in Poland still needs to be investigated.

"The terrible missile strike in Poland needs to be thoroughly investigated. It's good that NATO members can do it quickly. You can't draw any premature conclusions," the statement said.

"But one thing is obvious: none of this would have happened if it

were not for Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine

," the German Chancellor emphasized.

Falling of a rocket in Poland

In Przewodów, Poland, an explosion occurred in the evening of November 15 on the territory of a grain receiving point, as a result of which two people died.

The mass media reported that rockets had been hit.

After the incident, Poland increases combat readiness and convenes an emergency meeting of NATO.

The country's president, Andrzej Duda, said that there is currently no convincing evidence of who launched this missile.

According to The Guardian, the United States and Russia separately agreed that the fall of missiles in Poland was apparently caused by the work of Ukrainian air defense.

The system intercepted Russian missiles during the massive attack on Ukraine on November 15.

Military expert Oleg Zhdanov is convinced that the incident with the missile in Poland was a planned attack by Russia to "shake" NATO.
