The army of the Russian Federation is likely to slow down its attacks on critical Ukrainian

infrastructure

, as on Tuesday, November 15, it launched the largest series of missile strikes on critical Ukrainian targets since the beginning of the war, depleting its reserves.

This is stated in

the report

of the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

Analysts also note that the increase in the percentage of Russian missiles shot down by Ukraine indicates an improvement in the state of Ukrainian air defense during the last month.

According to experts, the Kremlin prepared a massive missile strike before Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi presented

a 10-point peace proposal

at the G20 summit on November 15.

According to analysts, the Kremlin deliberately and in advance planned a massive missile attack on Ukraine on the eve of Zelensky's speech at the G20 summit, given that a missile attack in several directions requires significant military preparation.

As experts noted, the Kremlin's official narrative around the G20 summit further confirms Russia's lack of interest in the prospect of peace talks with Ukraine.
