Germany has filled 100 percent of its gas storages despite the drastic drop in Russian supplies since September, the Federal Agency for Electricity Transmission Networks reported, quoted by France Presse.

"The total storage capacity in Germany is 100 percent," the agency said in a statement.

In view of the risks of a shortage of the blue fuel in winter, Berlin set a series of targets in July for gas storage capacity to reach 95 percent by November 1.

This level was reached already in mid-October.
