Alcoholic clashes with driver in taxi without mask.

[Reporter Cai Qinghua/Kaohsiung Report] Early this morning in Nanzi District, Kaohsiung City, a taxi driver clashed with three alcoholics because of a drinker not wearing a mask. The police received the report and dispatched quick strike troops to bring them all back to the police station.

After investigation, the taxi driver, a man surnamed Zhang (39 years old), picked up three alcoholics on Qinan Road at around 0:00 on the 15th. One of the men surnamed Lin was not wearing a mask. After being advised to wear a mask, he was told by another passenger The man surnamed was emotionally unstable and roared. The driver parked the car on the side of the road and got out of the car to reason.

After the two parties got off the bus, Lin Nan pushed his shoulders to the driver surnamed Zhang. The driver surnamed Zhang refused to listen to the dissuasion and continued to push his shoulders. The driver was in a hurry and sprayed pepper water on the passenger surnamed Lin. When Kuai Da arrived at the scene, he took Chen Nan (70 years old), Lin Nan (65 years old), and Yang Nan (65 years old), three alcoholics and the driver surnamed Zhang, back to the police station for investigation.

Among them, the passenger surnamed Chen was intoxicated after drinking. In order to protect his own safety, the police implemented protective control in accordance with the regulations. For the part of the passenger who did not wear a mask, the branch office asked the competent authority to deal with it, and the man surnamed Lin was transferred to the tribunal in accordance with the Social Order Maintenance Law.

The Nanzi Police Sub-bureau appealed that the epidemic situation is gradually slowing down and moving towards the policy of unblocking. In case of not wearing a mask, the health or police unit should be notified to deal with it in accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
