Wearing red colored clothes after taking bath early in the morning is considered auspicious for worship.

Devotees can worship Ganpati Bappa in these clothes.

Along with this, offer flowers and lamps to Bappa.

Bappa's favorite modaks and sesame laddoos can also be offered in the bhog.

The worship ends with offering Arghya to the moon at night.

Bappa's hymns, aarti and story can be heard throughout the day. 

Due to falling on Saturday, Shani Dev is also worshipped.
