This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the city of Tolyatti, Samara region received an order to recruit 1,000 candidates for service in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. At the same time, work is being carried out at the city's chemical enterprises to raise additional funds to support the regional division. This causes indignation among employees, who without this, monthly deductions are made for the support of mobilized people participating in the war on the territory of Ukraine," the General Staff said in a statement.

We will remind that in Belarus, the servicemen of the Armed Forces collected funds and as a form of "fraternal aid" bought first-aid kits, "unloaders" and other equipment for the motorized rifle regiment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
