Democratic Bulgaria" invited "We continue the change" to look at a wider horizon - than the insistence of the party of Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev for a new law on the budget - and to start talks on the second mandate to form a government, as well as on a common organization for the local elections. This was understood from a meeting between the two formations, one of the series organized by "We continue the change" precisely on the topic of the state elections for the next year, writes "Dnevnik".

Similar meetings with the parties represented in the parliament are held by the BSP.

The caretaker government, on the other hand, continues to give no sign that it intends to abandon what it has undertaken so far - only extending the current budget.

"Democratic Bulgaria" showed that there are differences with "We are continuing the change" in its idea of the failure of the state, but it used the public meeting to insist on another topic - whether and what attempts Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev will make to form a government with the second term and what is their concept for the local elections in the fall of next year.

PP and DB are categorical: The caretaker government must submit a real budget

"We need to start a conversation in the context of the local elections. It may seem a bit out of the way, but it is actually part of the political cycle that can push the country forward in its development and bring it into a stable reform orbit," said the co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov.
