On the eve of the Victory Day, "Azerlotereya" OJSC held a meeting in Istanbul, Turkey, with the family members of the martyrs to whom it had given educational scholarships within the framework of the "Loyalty to the Deposit" project.

The event began with a one-minute silence commemoration of the dear memory of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and gave us a sense of victory.

After welcoming the participants of the event, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Azerlotereya" Zafer Reisoğlu started his speech by presenting a surprise prepared for students studying in Turkey.

He invited the students' family members from Azerbaijan to the hall where the event was held.

"Dear mothers and sisters, we thought to meet our valuable students entrusted to us by our martyrs here on Victory Day and to celebrate this great day together with you.

Thank you very much for accepting our offer, for surprising your children and coming here for their meeting."

Sevinj Alizadeh, the chairman of "Zafar" Public Union for Support of Martyrs' Families, thanked "Azerlotereya" OJSC for the organization of the surprise meeting, as well as for the attention paid to the families of martyrs.

Later, Gulnara Safarova, the wife of the martyred lieutenant Hikmat Safarov, spoke: "On the eve of Victory Day, to everyone who put forward this beautiful and special initiative and suffered in its realization - especially Demiroren Holding, Azerlotereya OJSC and Zafar Shahid I express my infinite gratitude to the Family Support Public Union."

"My father wanted to see my brothers and I educated," said Anar Karimov, the son of the martyred KhTQ major Tofig Karimov, and emphasized that the support given to his education was important for him: "No matter how beautiful the university life is, it has as many difficulties.

It should be noted that the social project implemented as a result of the cooperation of "Azerlotereya" OJSC with the Ministry of Science and Education, as well as "Zafar" Public Association for Support of Martyrs' Families, currently includes 66 people, 59 of them are in Azerbaijan, and 7 are in Turkey. is studying.

Within the framework of the project, the tuition fees and living expenses of the children of martyrs who are students of state higher education institutions in Turkey, as well as the living expenses of the children of martyrs who are receiving higher education in Azerbaijan are covered.

The scholarship program of "Azerlotereya" OJSC will be applied to the children of martyrs who want to get higher education in the state universities of Azerbaijan and Turkey in the coming years.
