The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Serhiy Shoigu, ordered the commander of the so-called "special operation" in Ukraine, Surovikin, to begin the withdrawal of troops across the Dnipro River.

This is reported by the Russian propaganda media.

The reason for the escape from the Ukrainian Kherson, as Shoigu stated, "the life and health of Russian servicemen is always a priority."

The commander of the Russian army informed the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation that the Russian military will occupy defensive lines and positions on the left bank of the Dnieper River prepared in terms of engineering. 

We will remind that in the Kherson region, the occupiers began to blow up bridges before retreating.

At least 5 crossings were blown up in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
