Today, the GERB/SDS parliamentary group and the PP parliamentary group showed a completely different level - a level that people expect.

This was stated at a press conference by GERB leader Boyko Borisov

Boyko Metodiev Borisov is the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria. He was born on June 13, 1959.

According to him, the decision to form a government should be non-standard, and going to new elections would be irresponsible.

"All parties are acceptable to govern, without Revival," he added.

"A week ago, today's meeting was impossible. The meeting would have started with an attack, and we would have responded with Gemcorp and the railing. From today's meeting, I can see that there is an opportunity to build a lot if we do not put who with what mandate and what he would do. This direction must be followed. It is important to sit down and talk, including with Mrs. Ninova about the social package. And with "Bulgarian Rise" and with Vazrazhdane," said the GERB leader.

Kiril Petkov: We remain a constructive opposition and will not support the first mandate

Borisov pointed out two approaches that, according to him, should be followed in the future: "The financiers of both parties should continue negotiations at an expert level.

If we want to give even greater institutionalization, we must invite the Minister of Finance and his team, as well as the BNB department," he clarified.

And he recalled that the people had decreed that no party could form an independent government.

"No ego - it doesn't matter with which mandate a government will be formed - first, second or third. If we reach an understanding, there will be a government based on policies and thus parliamentarism will return," the GERB leader pointed out.

According to him, one should think about the people and the common good, and not about the ego of a given party.

"There is a great chance. I thank Radev for his understanding," Borisov also said.

GERB to PP: We can look for solutions together

He clarified that they do not invite PP and DB as coalition partners.

"In any case, we will propose the composition of the government. In any case, surely, "We continue the change" will also propose the composition of the government", commented Boyko Borisov.

"We will get involved in the requests to open the budget when it becomes clear what will happen after its adoption. The budget is not the most important," he said.
