Turkey prevented Russian Pacific Fleet ships from crossing the Bosphorus Strait and entering the Black Sea to attack Ukraine.
After nine months of waiting, Russian ships began to return to the Far East.
Andriy Klymenko, head of the Monitoring Group of the Institute of Black Sea Strategic Studies, announced this.
According to his information, the Varyag missile cruiser of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Federation and the large anti-submarine ship Admiral Tributs were spotted in the Singapore Strait on July 6 on the way to their base in Vladivostok.
The vessels have been in the Mediterranean since February 2, 2022.
The ships were preparing to go to the Black Sea to shell Ukrainian lands.
"Do you see the letters "Z" and "V" on the pipes? It's like in the old joke: "It didn't work"... And all through Turkey with its channels. And we waited for 9 months... We were tired, there was nowhere to repair, the crews went wild," said Klymenko.
