In recent weeks, members of the interim government of President Radev have not stopped talking about the fact that serious political players who stood very high in the state, who are still part of political life, are being investigated for financial abuse and corruption, mainly related to the construction of large infrastructure objects.

The most active in this regard is the acting interior minister Ivan Demerdzhiev

Ivan Demerdzhiev is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience.

He was born in 1975 in Plovdiv.

In 2001, he was the first to announce to BNT that he expected the results of the inspections very soon.

"At the moment, a huge percentage of these proceedings are moving, and I expect that in the coming weeks the results will come out in the form of indictments - including the highways, including the sacks, including quite interesting and serious developments that they also concern serious political players, including quite serious criminal proceedings related to drug distribution,"

he announced to public television.

Ivan Demerdzhiev: There are developments against major political players, I expect the results soon

In the parliament

, Demerdzhiev revealed that the money earmarked for the construction of the "Hemus" highway went to a completely different place - for the construction of a hotel.

"I cannot reveal any more details about the Hemus AM investigation. It is important to me that I have fulfilled my promise that the circle of persons in this proceeding will be identified and brought to justice, and that this circle will expand - well, expanded from two to nine," the acting interior minister told journalists.

Yesterday, in an interview with BNR,

Demerdzhiev stated that there is serious evidence of committed violations related to the movement of financial resources by politicians, including party leaders.

The minister added that the investigations have progressed and they are "swelling every day"

The Minister of Regional Development Ivan Shishkov

Ivan Shishkov was born on September 14, 1963 in Sofia.

He is completing a master's degree in is also active in the subject.

"The entire section from Nova Zagora to Yambol on the Trakia highway will probably need to be overhauled. This is about 30 km. In about a year, the section from Nova Zagora to Stara Zagora will also need to be overhauled. We did an inspection of lot 2 and 3 in conjunction with the Ministry of the Interior. What we have found is that some of the asphalt is missing.

The asphalt should be 220 millimeters. The asphalt sample shows that in different sections it varies between 190 and 200 millimeters. We have a loss in the total layer. The wearing layer should be 4 cm, this one is from 32 to 34 millimeters, and in some places 30 millimeters," he announced on the air of BTV.

Minister Shishkov: Part of the asphalt of AM "Trakia" is missing

Shishkov repeated the same words in front of the BNT cameras.

"The samples taken from the pavement in the section of the Trakia highway between Stara Zagora and Yambol show that part of the asphalt is missing.

From Nova Zagora to Yambol there is a great loss of material.

The more material is saved, the faster the highway is amortized"

, the acting regional minister was categorical.

Ivan Shishkov: The lack of asphalt leads to premature repair of AM "Trakia"

"Part of the materials for AM "Trakia" are not what they should be.

We have received what was assigned for it, as well as for all other highways," said arch.

Shishkov again on the air of BTV.

Minister Ivan Shishkov: Some of the materials for AM "Thrakia" are not of those that should be

Yesterday, in an interview with NOVA, the minister announced that

"money is being given for objects that are a construction illusion. This means that some money is being given out without it being clear when the highway will be built and when it will be designed. This is happening with the awarding of the state.

The main problem is the way in which the state has awarded both the repairs and the construction of infrastructure objects".

All the activity on the subject of the two caretaker ministers arouses interest in society and the media,

but an interesting question also arises.

Is the talk about investigations against big political figures and possible financial abuses committed by them not tied to the formation of a regular government and is it not aimed at forcing GERB to become more dialogic and open to the idea of seeking a coalition with DPS and BSP?

Friday's vote in parliament and the return of the paper ballot showed that the three parties have common interests and can find common ground.

We have yet to find out whether such a new triple coalition will be realized in the form of a regular cabinet.
