What we do with the legislation is the same as what we do with the sidewalks - in Bulgaria we do everything low-quality and short-term.

Such an opinion was expressed by Prof. Daniel Valchev, Dean of the Faculty of Law, on the air of "Wake Up".

"We are creating legal provisions that should solve a particular issue, regardless of whether the system will go wrong," he said.

"It's hard for me to say what's going on.

From the signs that are being given, it seems that there will be a government soon", suggested Valchev, but still expressed doubt that "serious legislative changes" will be implemented.

Daniel Valchev: The PP's position is legitimate, a coalition with GERB would have been deadly for them

"There are two arguments from the side of all party leaders at the moment - on the one hand, not to disappoint their own voters, as very heavy trenches were dug before the elections, very heavy words were said, on the other hand - lest they make the wrong decision .

We have already gone through elections several times and it turned out that voters are migrating from one party to another," he pointed out.

Valchev called - to decide as quickly as possible whether there will be a government or new elections.

He denied being prime minister and called it "absurd".
