The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency announced that the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency has stopped the activity of an illegal takeaway in the city of Pleven.

On November 4, employees of the Regional Directorate for Food Safety in Pleven and the OD of the Pleven Ministry of Internal Affairs during a joint inspection found activity in an unregistered facility under the Food Law for the processing of poultry meat and the preparation of preparations for duners. 

An outbreak of bird flu has been established on a farm in Krivo Pole.

A total of 4 tons of raw materials and food are directed for destruction. 

The facility has been suspended from operation and an act for establishing an administrative violation is to be handed over.
