He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation materials, at the beginning of May 2019, the accused, having violated the girl's trust, invited her to his home, intending to commit violent acts of a sexual nature against her.

"Unaware of the accused's real intentions, the girl, due to her existing mental disorders and intellectual disabilities, had no opportunity to object to him and assess the risks of danger to herself. After the accused entered his apartment with the minor, he immediately took the girl to the bathroom, where he raped in an unnatural way," the message reads.

It is noted that the accused was detained by the police on the same day.

According to the results of the trial, the Sviatoshyn District Court of the city of Kyiv supported the position of the juvenile prosecutor and sentenced the 31-year-old man to 10 years of imprisonment.
