[Reporter Zhang Xunteng/Miaoli Report] Miaoli District Prosecutor's Office and other units investigated the case of the Snake Group defrauding Chinese people to Cambodia. Prosecutor Zhang Wenjie commanded the Criminal Bureau, Immigration Bureau and Changhua County Police Bureau yesterday (3rd). Two cadres, a man surnamed Wen and a girl surnamed Wang, were detained and searched, and several witnesses were notified.

The girl surnamed Wang was ruled by the juvenile court of the court to punish her parents.

The Miaoli District Prosecutor's Office pointed out that the criminal group used a "pig-pig one-stop" service, recruiting white-plate car drivers, and Cambodian members lured the victims under the guise of entertaining tourism and easily earning high salaries. The men were responsible for transporting the victim to apply for a passport, sending the group members to the residence in Toufen and an Internet cafe in Zhunan Town. One victim took a plane to Bangkok, Thailand, and took a taxi hired by a group member to transfer to Cambodia. He was alerted and deceived on the way to Cambodia. He asked to get off the taxi. The whereabouts of the victims are unknown.
