Animal experiments have shown that phytosterol is also involved in the inhibition of inflammatory protein synthesis.

The most common way to eat Aiyu in Taiwan is Aiyu jelly, but Aiyu jelly is difficult to carry and eat immediately. Miao Kaichang said that Aiyu jelly is rubbed by Aiyuzi to release pectin, forming a food rich in dietary fiber.
