Our big goal is for every Bulgarian child to go to school and to feel good enough and in his place there.

Through Operational Program "Education" we will involve a large part of parents in this process, especially in marginalized groups.

They must realize that if their children are educated, they will be able to find their place in the labor market.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Nadia Mladenova, during the "Achievements and Prospects" conference, which is organized by the "Education Program" Executive Agency (EAPO), quoted by the press center of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

According to OP "Education", in the next program period 2021-2027, nearly BGN 2 billion will go into Bulgarian education. .

Let's break them through the results from the human side, and then we will really realize the value of our work," said Deputy Minister Mladenova.

She emphasized that the ambition of the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Culture is to use EU funding as a means to achieve the goal, and not for it to be a goal in itself.

Prof. Penov: Our main goal is to guarantee the learning process in the winter

"We have carefully considered the criteria and procedures for applying under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan, so that even the smallest schools in the country can benefit from them.

I am convinced that we will make every effort to simplify the application procedures under the new operational program as well," Nadia Mladenova stressed.

According to her, strict compliance with procedures and regulations should not be at the expense of the ultimate goal.

"No one will say to us, 'Well done, you invented incredible European procedures, you strictly followed the EC line,' if we don't spend as much money as possible so that every child goes to school," the Deputy Minister of Education and Science pointed out.
