In the Luhansk region, the village of Bilogorivka became the first liberated settlement.

Due to active hostilities, almost all buildings here have been completely destroyed, there is no electricity, gas or food. 

This was reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 

In the Luhansk region, the village of Bilogorivka was the first to be liberated by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the Russian occupiers.

Military personnel of the National Guard of the Kalyniv Regiment and military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took part in the de-occupation. 

Because of the Russian attack, Belogorivka was almost entirely destroyed.

There is no electricity, gas or food.

After deoccupation of the settlement, Ukrainian defenders evacuated local residents from there. 

Liberation of Luhansk region: what is known

On October 31, Serhii Gaidai, the head of the Luhansk OVA, announced that 9 settlements had already been liberated by the Armed Forces of the Luhansk region.

Their names have not yet been released, as stabilization measures are ongoing there.

Fierce fighting is also ongoing in the Luhansk region in the Svatovo region.

The Russian occupiers began to destroy bridges and actively conduct reconnaissance.
