[Central News Agency] Hong Kong media reported that Thailand’s foreign minister confirmed that Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders meeting in Bangkok next month, and Xi Jinping will also pay an official visit to Thailand.

As for Russian President Vladimir Putin, it is not certain whether he will attend.

Radio Television Hong Kong reported today that Thai Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai confirmed that Xi Jinping will attend the APEC summit, and Xi will also pay an official visit to Thailand and meet with Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha.

The APEC summit is scheduled for November 18-19 in Bangkok, Thailand, immediately following the Group of 20 (G20) summit in Bali, Indonesia, on November 15-16.

It is expected that US President Joe Biden is likely to meet Xi Jinping at the G20.
