Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that Russia is ready to wait for peace talks with Ukraine and called it "good will".

The dictator said this on October 31 in Sochi, Russian propagandists write.

Dictator Putin made a mistake, because they say that Russia agreed on something with the Ukrainian delegation, and then "the results of these negotiations were thrown into the trash."

He also complained that no one wants to negotiate with him.

"So we made an agreement with them in Istanbul, they took it, then threw everything in the basket. And now they have forbidden themselves to talk to us about anything. Well, how can we discuss possible agreements now, if there is no desire on the other side to talk to us. Well, we will wait. Maybe some necessary conditions will mature, and our goodwill is known. It is not subject to any changes or doubts," Putin said.

Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia

On February 24, Russia launched a full-scale offensive on Ukrainian territory, killing Ukrainians, destroying critical infrastructure, residential buildings, and wiping entire cities off the face of the Earth.

Immediately after that, the occupiers began to issue their ultimatums and declared that they were ready for negotiations in Belarus, from where the attack on Kyiv began and where Russian missiles are still flying.

Later, negotiations took place in Istanbul.

Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the OP chairman, notes that Russia is not conducting real negotiations, but only threatens with ultimatums.

After the fake vote in the captured parts of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, which were condemned by the UN General Assembly, President Zelensky announced that he no longer plans any negotiations with Putin.

Recently, the aggressor once again wanted to negotiate.

But the occupiers want to negotiate not with Ukraine, but with the West.

Thus, the head of the foreign ministry of the occupying country, Lavrov, said that Putin is still ready for negotiations with the West regarding Ukraine.

Military expert Oleg Zhdanov explained the absurdity of potential negotiations with Russia about war.

Zhdanov noted that Putin is trying above all else to prove his subjectivity and seat Biden at the negotiating table - first of all, to show his own importance.

OP adviser Mykhailo Podolyak emphasized that the Russian Federation will not turn back the time to January 2022, when Biden met with Putin.

Instead, the Russians are awaiting a tribunal for the genocide of Ukrainians and war crimes.
