Lumpy virus is spreading rapidly in many states of the country.

Now the Supreme Court has taken cognizance in this matter.

The Supreme Court has issued notices to the Central Government, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat Government and others.

Now the next hearing of this case in SC will be after 4 weeks.

The Supreme Court asked the petitioner whether he has kept his point in front of the central government regarding this.

The petition states that the lumpi virus has spread to more than 37,000 cows.

The state governments are negligent in stopping the lumpi virus.

The petitioner has requested the Supreme Court to intervene.

Let us tell you that the Lumpy virus has wreaked havoc in many states of the country.

States like Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab and Gujarat do not have enough space to bury the carcasses of cows.

According to the latest report, more than 50,000 cows have died across the country due to this virus.

Out of these, maximum 37 thousand deaths have been registered in Rajasthan.

 Cases of Lumpy Skin Disease have been reported in 13 states of the country.

So far, more than 10 lakh animals have become ill in the country.

So far more than 75000 cattle have died due to Lumpy Skin Disease.

The state governments, along with the central government, are taking steps to prevent it.

The number of cattle that lost their lives due to the disease is increasing continuously.

At the same time, there is news that Indian scientists have prepared indigenous vaccine and the process of testing is going on for this.
