Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that the

Czech Republic

will provide additional military aid to Ukraine.

The head of the government said this during a joint briefing with the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala in Kyiv, reports Ukrinform.

"Military-technical cooperation between our states is gaining new momentum. Self-propelled howitzers, tanks, BMPs and other assistance are already helping the Ukrainian army to liberate lands, but we are not stopping there and are preparing more unpleasant surprises for the aggressor," Shmyhal said.

Shmyhal also said that the Czech government supported the creation of the International Tribunal to condemn the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as to condemn representatives of the military and political leadership of Russia.

During the meeting with Czech government officials, the issue of sanctions pressure on the Russian Federation, as well as the confiscation of Russian assets, was discussed.
