After the announcement by President Vladimir Putin on September 21 of "partial" mobilization in Russia, cases of arson of military commissariats have become more frequent throughout the country.

The military commissars also tried to burn the military commissars in the city of Volgograd, as well as in the Ryazan and Rostov regions.

It will be recalled that in the city of Shkolkovo, Moscow Region, on the night of October 16, a fire broke out in the building of the Military Commissariat due to a bottle with an incendiary mixture thrown by an unknown person.
