The Russian State Duma allowed the mobilization of people with convictions for serious crimes.

This is stated on the website of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Now, the occupiers will send those who have recently served time for murder, robbery, robbery and drug trafficking to the war with Ukraine.

Previously, it was forbidden to call such people as part of the mobilization.

According to the BBC, previously, hundreds of thousands of Russians were not subject to mobilization - those sentenced to parole or released from the colonies.

Until the criminal record is expunged, they had to remain under supervision, be stressed periodically, not leave their place of residence and observe various restrictions.

But now execs will be sent to war as cannon fodder.

The ban on mobilization remains for those convicted of:

  • crimes against sexual integrity of minors;

  • terrorism, hostage taking, organization of illegal armed formation;

  • treason, cooperation with a foreign state, espionage, encroachment on the life of a statesman, violent seizure of power.

"Nastoyastchee vremya" clarifies that those convicted of serious crimes against military service during the mobilization period, such as desertion and disobeying an order, may be conscripted into the war again.

All criminal criminals - for war

Despite the announced mobilization, the Putin regime is still recruiting prisoners in Russian colonies for the war.

Thus, the Russian oligarch and head of PMK "Wagner" Prigozhin again shined in the column where he recruits convicts.

The previous video, where Prigozhin was agitating the prisoners to go to war, appeared even before the announcement of mobilization.

The oligarch took everyone one after the other to the ranks of the PMC.

In particular, he recruited a cannibal maniac for the war against Ukraine.

Prigozhin urged prisoners who fought in Ukraine and lost their limbs to return to normal after prosthetics.
