"Ukrposhta" and Ukrainian mobile communications have already started working in the city.

This was announced on October 26 by the head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov.

"Ukrposhta has resumed work in de-occupied Kupyansk. Residents have already started paying pensions accumulated over the course of 4 months," says Synegubov.

According to him, communication is already being restored in the city - 4G from operators Vodafone, Kyivstar and Lifecell has started working in test mode.

Stable mobile Internet is promised by the end of the week.

Also, the "New Post" branch will be operational soon.

We will remind, on September 10, the Security Service of Ukraine confirmed the liberation of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, from the occupiers.

After that, the captured occupiers in the liberated Kupyansk repainted the stele back to the colors of the Ukrainian flag, which they had previously painted with the bloody Russian tricolor.

TSN.ua showed a video of this event.

Later, Zelensky showed the consequences of the occupation of Kupyansk by the Russians.

The invaders left behind only pain, destruction and decay.
