At a meeting in Tallinn, the head of the French Foreign Ministry, Catherine Colonna, discussed the issue of long-term aid to Ukraine with her Estonian counterpart, Urmas Reinsalu, and the Prime Minister of

Estonia

, Kaya Kallas.

This is reported by ERR.

"France has provided significant assistance to Ukraine, including the supply of heavy weapons, which contributed to Ukraine's success on the battlefield. We share the same opinion with France that the priority is to continue supporting Ukraine as long as necessary. Ukraine must win this war, and Russia must retreat to their borders, this is the way to peace," Kallas said.

Callas emphasized that Russia is attacking critical infrastructure of Ukraine, threatening a nuclear catastrophe, and declaring a so-called "dirty bomb" in order to "intimidate us and destroy our unity."

The meeting also raised the issue of using Russia's frozen assets.

According to Kallas, the European Union could become a leader in creating a tribunal to investigate crimes of aggression.
