1. Regarding the doubt that Gao Hongan was involved in a part-time job during his tenure at the Information Policy Committee, after investigation, there was no record of part-time application and approval for Gao Hongan during his tenure at the Information Policy Committee.

Since 2002, the Information Policy Council has established a method for part-time jobs outside the staff meeting. Since 2006, the application for part-time jobs has been electronic. All staff members must submit part-time jobs online. The approved part-time job records can be queried in the system.

2. Kezhi Enterprise is one of the spin-off companies of the winning team of the 2013 Entrepreneurial Starlight Project of the Information Strategy Association. Gao Hongan is also a member of the team. for industry use.

Kezhi Enterprise was also registered and established in March 2014, and the team members received the Starlight Project Entrepreneurship Bonus from November to December 2014.

In the early stage of the spin-off company's establishment, the Information Policy Council will continue to provide assistance to the spin-off company, including business, administrative support and event promotion, etc., to help the spin-off company's operations gradually get on track.
