Lai Huanhong said that there are 42 garbage collection and transportation routes in Keelung City. If each route reduces garbage by 500 kilograms a day, it will reduce garbage by 20 tons a day.

As for the member's proposal to follow up with Shuangbei and collect the waste collection fee with the bag, so that the goal of waste reduction can be implemented; the Environmental Protection Bureau pointed out that the follow-up to the Shuangbei to collect the garbage fee with the bag must be subsidized by the official budget, which has yet to be evaluated.
