On Sunday, October 23, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu had a conversation with Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin.

This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the aggressor country.

The Russian Ministry of Defense did not say what Shoigu and Austin talked about.

"Dirty bomb": Shoigu's phone calls and reaction

Russian propagandists have published yet another fake that Ukraine has allegedly developed a "dirty bomb" and is preparing to use it on its own territory, in order to later blame Russia.

Because of this, Shoigu began calling NATO defense ministers with fake statements about the "dirty bomb."

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, emphasized that Russians often accuse others of what they plan to do themselves.

The President's Office emphasized that this is how Russia is preparing to justify the genocide of Ukrainians.

The defense ministers of Great Britain, France and Turkey did not particularly believe in Shoigu's fiction and called on Russia to negotiate with Ukraine.

Zelensky commented on Shoigu's "telephone carousel" and said that only Russia can use a nuclear bomb.
