Punjab Police has recovered AK-56 rifle and 100 live cartridges.

There has been a big disclosure in the RPG attack case on the Punjab Police Headquarters.

An assault rifle AK-56 and about 100 rounds of live cartridges have been recovered on the spot of Mohali RPG attack mastermind Chadhat Singh.

This assault rifle was to be used to carry out major attacks on the big offices of Punjab Police and Punjab Police. Mohali RPG Attack Part-2 was planned by Pakistan ISI and Khalistan terrorist Landa sitting in Canada.

Landa had sent this assault rifle to Punjab in the month of April through a drone from Pakistan Routes.

Two associates of Chadhat Singh have also been arrested by the police.

These include Syed Muhammad Tausif Chishti alias Chinki, a resident of Ajmer and Sunil Kumar alias Kala of Ropar, Punjab.

Investigation has revealed that the accused Chinki was in contact with Lakhbir Landa for the last 5-7 years.

At the behest of Landa, Chinki had arranged to stay at a guest house named Al-Khadim in Ajmer for climbing.

Chadhat has confessed that Landa has sent Chinki about 3 to 4 lakh rupees.

On the other hand, Sunil Kumar had provided whereabouts to Chadhat Singh at the behest of Jagroop Singh alias Roop, based in America.

Jagroop Roop, a resident of Sri Anandpur Sahib, is considered close to Lakhbir Landa. 



Chadhat had also procured an RPG, an AK-47 and other weapons from across the border through Pakistan-based terrorist Harvinder Singh alias Rinda with the active support of the Pakistan ISI.

During the period of his parole, Chadhat rinsed the trail from the Tarn Taran area and regrouped his other comrades to carry out an RPG attack.
