Iran, which supplies drones and missiles to the Russian Federation, called on its citizens to leave Ukraine.

Reuters writes about it.

As noted, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran called on its citizens who are in Ukraine to leave the country.

And those who planned to visit the country should refrain from traveling.

"Due to the escalation of the military nature in Ukraine, all Iranians are strongly advised to refrain from traveling to Ukraine.

Also, Iranians living in Ukraine are advised to leave the country for their own safety," Reuters writes with reference to the Iranian Foreign Ministry.

Interestingly, Iran appealed to its citizens after US President Joe Biden said that Iran is directly involved in Russian aggression against Ukraine.

It is planned to introduce sanctions against the country by Great Britain and the European Union.

It will be recalled that Russia threatens to terminate the "grain agreement" due to the UN investigation into Iranian drones.
