The Czech Republic has prepared a new military aid package for Ukraine.

This was announced by the Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic Jana Chornokhova.

The cost of the military aid that the Czech Republic plans to transfer to Ukraine is 22 million crowns (about 880,000 dollars).

"We keep our word and continue to support Ukraine with military supplies. I am submitting to the Government meeting for approval a list of unnecessary military equipment that we can provide. Two weeks ago for almost 400, and today for 22 million crowns. Glory to Ukraine!" - said Chernokhova.

The head of the Ministry of Defense noted that she could not say specifically what exactly is included in the new aid package.

We keep our word and still support Ukraine with military supplies.

At the meeting of the government, I continue to ask for the approval of the necessary military equipment, which we can provide.

Two weeks ago for nearly 400 and today for 22 million CZK.

I'm sorry that I can't be specific.

We will remind you that in the USA, the majority of Republicans will not support the allocation of large-scale military aid to Ukraine in the future.

The US Congress has already approved the allocation of over $60 billion in aid to Ukraine.

As of January 2021, the United States has provided more than $18.2 billion in security assistance.
