Slovakian Prime Minister Eduar Heger was the main target of gunman Juraj K., who killed two young men and wounded a woman in a gay bar in Bratislava on October 12 before being found dead the next day.

This was announced last night by the president of the national police, Štefan Hamran, quoted by the Bratislava newspaper "Sme".

"We can confirm that before the attack in [Bar] Teplaren, the person was in a place where Mr. Prime Minister permanently resides.

We have this documented,” said the senior police officer.

According to him, since the shooter failed to attack the prime minister, who was not at home, he targeted another target - the "Teplaren" bar.

Regarding the famous extremist "Slovakbro", mentioned by 19-year-old Juraj K. in his manifesto on the Internet, so far no connection has been established between the two, the police chief added.
