Residents of the city do not report explosions on social networks.

However, they complain that part of the city was left without electricity due to a large-scale fire at the substation. 

Residents of Belgorod are also posting videos of a large-scale fire on social networks. 

The governor of the Belgorod region, Gladkov, said that the fire at the substation was caused by overvoltage. 

"Cotton" in Belgorod 

On October 16, explosions near the airport were reported in Belgorod, Russia.
