As of 6 o'clock in the morning on Tuesday, October 18, the number of people killed as a result of the fall of a military plane on a nine-story building in Yeysk (Krasnodar Territory) increased to 13 people.

Among the dead were 3 children.

This is reported by the Russian agency "Interfax" with reference to the Assistant Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Oleksiy Kuznetsov.

After analyzing the debris at the crash site of a military plane that was flying with full ammunition, new bodies of the dead were discovered.

According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, 13 dead people were found under the rubble of a high-rise building, including three children. 

Another 19 people were injured, four of whom were taken to the Krasnodar Regional Hospital for treatment, the others are being treated at a local medical facility.

The press service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia reported that the rescuers had finished sorting out the debris.

We will remind that in the evening of October 17, a military plane crashed into a residential building in the Russian city of Yeisk.

At first, the Russian authorities announced that four people were killed and 25 others were injured as a result of the disaster.
