In Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region, the Russian occupiers put all male communal workers on the military register.

The situation at the front is mentioned in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Russian occupiers are trying to replenish their losses in manpower and are mass mobilizing men in the temporarily occupied territories.

"According to the available information, in Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region, workers of communal services were forcibly registered for military service under Russian legislation and a so-called medical examination was conducted. According to its results, all were found to be fit for military service," the report says.

We will remind that the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine released a recording of an intercepted conversation of a serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces, where he discusses mobilization in Russia and complains that, compared to the Armed Forces, Russian soldiers have pitiful equipment.

It was previously reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on September 21 that a "partial" mobilization would take place.

It was about the mobilization of 300,000 people, but one of the clauses in the Decree, which stated that one million people were to be mobilized, was classified.

Russian men began to flee the country.

According to mass media,

about 700,000 people left Russia
