The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak 

reacted to the morning attack of the Russian Federation on Kyiv by kamikaze drones

on October 17.

He noted that we

do not have time for slow actions

-  we

need more air defense systems 

and as soon as possible.

Yermak wrote about this in his Telegram.

The Russians think that such attacks will help them, but

such actions are more like agony

According to city mayor Vitaly Klychko, at least two explosions were heard in the Shevchenkiv district of the capital.
