An increase in the number of bombers capable of carrying nuclear warheads and attacking targets in the US and across Europe has been recorded at a Russian air base near the border with Norway.

This is written by the Norwegian publication Faktisk with reference to satellite images of the company Planet Labs.

The American company published satellite images taken on October 7.

They show that there are seven Tu-160 and four Tu-95 bombers at the Olenya base.

Two days later, Planet Labs recorded another Tu-160 standing on the runway of the airbase.

and satellite images presented by an Israeli newspaper show four

Tu-160s and three Tu-95s in August and September.

This caused an international outcry, as these planes are usually based at the Engels air base, which is 720 kilometers southeast of Moscow.

It will be recalled that the American philosopher and political scientist Francis Fukuyama believes that the USA and NATO will go to war if Putin uses nuclear weapons.
