A five-story apartment building in

Mykolaiv

was hit . 

The two upper floors were completely destroyed, the rest - under rubble.

Rescuers are working on the spot.

The leader of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkovych, announced this in a message on the Telegram channel. 

"All information about the consequences will be available in the morning," the message reads.
