At the scene of the incident, the sounds of detonation are heard.

The fire broke out in the village of Oktyabrskyi, which is near the Russian-Ukrainian border.

Explosions in Russian Belgorod: what is known 

On Thursday, October 13, explosions rang out in Belgorod.

Local telegram channels reported on the alleged work of air defense.

Later it became known that part of the rocket fell on a residential building.

The occupiers probably launched an S-300 missile at Kharkiv, but it exploded in the air and fell on the Russian city. 

On October 11, a fire broke out at a local electrical substation in Shebekino, Belgorod Region.

The cause of the fire is unknown, but the Russian authorities reported shelling from Ukraine.
