Advisor to the President's Office, Oleksiy Arestovych, commented on the "cotton" on the territory of the Belgorod and Kursk regions of the Russian Federation, stressing that Ukraine is not shelling Russian territory.

He said this in a conversation with Russian journalist and human rights defender Mark Feigin.

"We do not fire on Russian territory. We look at what is happening with surprise. The feeling that the "Belgorod People's Republic" is at war with the "Kursk People's Republic" and the "Voronezh People's Republic". We condemn these "clashes" and want to become mediators that these "three fraternal nations" did not destroy each other," said OP's advisor sarcastically.

Arestovych commented that today critical infrastructure facilities were burning in the border areas with Ukraine.

"When you start a war, it's an acute process. Both the CHP plant and the airfields can be affected. They say that the warehouse with ammunition is on fire there. But it's probably confused by the Russian troops and they are shooting at each other - that's my version," he concluded.

Note that the Armed Forces do not officially confirm their involvement in "cotton" on the territory of the Russian Federation.

And the military expert Zhdanov explained why the Russians are shelling their cities - the missiles they launch over Ukraine are technically defective, so they fall without reaching the target.

We will remind that on October 13, in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, a "cotton" occurred at an electrical substation, as a result of which a transformer caught fire.

A little later, a large-scale fire broke out in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation: a warehouse with ammunition was burning.

On October 12, explosions rang out in Belgorod, Russia.

Residents probably recorded the flight of the rocket and the sounds of the explosion on camera.

And on October 11, an electrical substation caught fire in the Belgorod region of Russia.

A few days earlier, on October 8, a "cotton" incident occurred in the town of Graivoron, Belgorod region, bordering Ukraine and the surrounding villages.
