Oleksandr Musienko, head of the Center for Military and Legal Research, believes that the new commander-in-chief of the Russian army, General Serhiy Surovikin, is only the executor of massive missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, and the organizer is the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin.

This opinion was expressed by a military expert on the air of a joint telethon.

According to him, the main goal of missile terror is

to cause panic among Ukrainians, but this is not happening.

"Russia is suffering defeats on all fronts. Russian troops are forced to retreat, Ukrainian troops are advancing and liberating previously captured territories from the occupiers, so they are using tactics of war against civilian infrastructure," the expert noted.

He also recalled that Surovikin commanded the Russian army in Syria.

And when the occupiers were defeated and could not complete their tasks, the Russian general launched a

massive rocket-bomb attack on the city of Aleppo.

Why is Putin massively shelling Ukraine

There are several versions of why the terrorist Russian president is shelling Ukrainian cities with missiles and drones.

In the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces, I believe that Russia's missile attacks on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine are a manifestation of impotent rage due to defeats on the front, in particular, in the eastern direction.

According to the Polish ambassador to Ukraine, Bartosz Tsihotski, with massive missile attacks on Ukraine, Putin started a new phase of the war in order to destroy the state, bring it to its knees and take power under its control.

Analyst Oleksiy Yizhak thinks that the massive missile strikes on Ukraine are Putin's personal revenge for the explosion on the Crimean bridge.
