The terrorist country Russia, probably due to a shortage, plans to restore 800 old Soviet T-62 tanks of the 60s in the next three years.

This was reported by the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Gurulev during a visit to the 103rd repair plant, the video is published by "Operative ZSU.

In a video shared on a Telegram channel, a Russian deputy can be seen inspecting a factory for the production of tank engines that are to be inserted into Soviet ones.

In this way, the deputy of the State Duma hopes to breathe life into old weapons.

In the footage, Gurulev examines one of these types of engines.

It is worth noting that the Russian army has gaps in the number of tanks.

They were either "demilitarized" by the Ukrainian military, or "trophied" for their own use.

The other day, the "Belarusian Gayun" monitoring group believes that the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenko, can supply tanks to the Russian occupiers.

Note that, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the Ukrainian army destroyed more than 2,500 thousand Russian tanks as of October 12.

In addition, Russian troops lost:

  • armored fighting vehicles / APV ‒ 5181 (+19) units,

  • artillery systems – 1507 (+11) units,

  • RSZV – 355 (+2) units,

  • air defense equipment ‒ 182 (+1) units,

  • automotive equipment and tank trucks – 3927 (+11) units,

  • special equipment ‒ 136 (+0).
