President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this during his speech at the meeting of the G7 group of countries.

"I thank everyone who has already helped us secure our air defense system, which allows us to neutralize part of Russian missiles and drones. But! Russia ordered 2,400 "martyrs" from Iran alone - according to our intelligence," the head of state said.

Therefore, Zelensky called on US President Biden and German Chancellor Scholz to provide a sufficient number of missiles for the provided air defense and anti-missile systems.

"I would ask that our defense ministers discuss this tomorrow in the Ramstein format," he clarified.

French President Macron and Italian Prime Minister Draghi Zelensky are asking for the SAMP/T anti-aircraft missile complex.

"They are needed in the coming months," the president concluded.

We will remind that Volodymyr Zelenskyi presented a peace formula at the G7 meeting on October 11, which provides for the provision of air defense and missile defense systems to the state, preservation of territorial integrity and punishment for Russia.

According to him, the Russians used more than 100 cruise missiles and dozens of different drones yesterday.

So, Iranian kamikaze drones launched from Belarus flew over central Ukraine.

Two Iranian kamikaze drones were shot down over Kryvyi Rih.

And in Cherkasy region, air defense shot down two drones.

This morning, social networks wrote that enemy drones were shot down on the border of Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

Military expert Dmytro Snegiryov explained that Israel can save Ukraine from Iranian drones by handing over anti-drone guns to combat kamikaze drones.
