France considers it important to maintain dialogue with Russia and opposes its isolation.

APA reports that French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna said this during an interview on "France Inter" radio.

He stressed the need for communication channels with the Russian president: "Official Paris considers it important to hold talks with the Kremlin."

Colonna called Russia's isolation from the dialogue the worst political move: "Maintaining contacts made it possible to send a delegation of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to the Zaporozhye NPP, and the dialogue helps to achieve results."

"The time will come when the conflict will end.

It may take a long time.

And Russia will always be our neighbor," said the head of the Foreign Ministry, evaluating the relations with Russia.
