Ukraine War: Ukraine's army has received training and weapons from America and other allied countries

When

Russia annexed Crimea from

Ukraine

in 2014, Russia

 had a better army.

But after eight years the situation has changed.

There are many reasons for this.

According to the Bloomberg report,

Ukraine has been given modern weapons by allies including America, Europe, better training and the morale of the Ukrainian army is also better.

Ukraine's intelligence agencies are getting help from America and Russian generals are making big strategic mistakes.

But these two armies standing on the Soviet background are fighting the war in different ways.

Its impact is clear on the battlefield.

Ukrainian forces have been waging war with Russia rapidly since September and driving Russian forces out of their territory.

From Kharkiv to Kherson, Ukraine has forced the Russian army to retreat from many places.

Earlier in April, Ukraine forced the Russian army to withdraw from the capital Kyiv.

There was also an explosion on the bridge connecting Crimea with Russia on Saturday.

US President Joe Biden said on Thursday that "When Putin is warning of a nuclear attack, he is not joking because his military is performing disappointingly."

There has been criticism in Russia for the poor performance of the Russian military.

From Chechen fighter Ramzan Kadryov to Mercenary Chief Yevgeny Prigozin, everyone exposed the flaws of Russian military commanders.

On Saturday, Putin publicly assigned the responsibility of the entire Ukraine operation to his General Sergei Surovikin for the first time.

Surovikin is the chief of the Russian Air Force and was until now in charge of the offensive in the Southern Theater Command.

People close to the Russian military ministry say they have been recognizing Ukraine's more developed command structure since the beginning of the war.

Russian military bloggers, meanwhile, are puzzled by attacks from small mobile units of the Ukrainian military.

After the 2015 defeat, Ukraine has rebuilt its army.

Russia has been planning for many years to make Ukraine armyless.

But when Putin started the war this year, he faced an army that was stronger than ever in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian army now has the power to take decisions at the lowest level, this was made possible by military reform in Ukraine, which has not yet been done in the Russian army.
