It is difficult for me to see that a government will be formed within the framework of the 48th Parliament, because I do not see who has a direct interest in shouldering this difficult winter season that is ahead.

This is what the political scientist Parvan Simeonov said for BTA.

He added that "mathematically and ideologically things do not work out".

It became clear from his words that, according to him, most of the parties are preparing for new elections.

Lyubomir Stefanov to Novini.bg: Purely mathematically, we can go to new elections

"If they manage to form a cabinet after all, great.

I do not rule it out, there will probably be an external desire, there will probably be support from President Rumen Radev, but we must be cautious in our expectations," added Simeonov.

According to him, if there are early parliamentary elections, they will be at the end of winter.

The political scientist pointed out that if there are new elections, "society will "punish" the parties it identified as the culprits of the crisis.

If there is a sharp impoverishment, there could be a sharp radical vote, compared to what we have seen now, he added.

Key to the coming months will be the development of the war, the prices of goods and services and the possible recession.

At the moment we are guessing and everything is in the realm of probabilities, Parvan Simeonov is categorical.
