Also today, Gladkov reported about "cotton" in the village of Biryuch, Valuysk city district.

According to preliminary data, a civilian resident, a 16-year-old girl, was wounded.

It should be noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not officially confirm their involvement in "cotton" on the territory of the Russian Federation, in particular in the Belgorod region.

And military expert Zhdanov explained why the Russians are shelling their Belgorod - the missiles they launch over Ukraine are technically defective, so they fall without reaching the target.

Previously, "cotton" happened in the city of Valuyka, Belgorod region.

As a result of the explosion, 14 people were injured.

Governor Gladkov called the "human factor" the cause of the incident.
